TEA PARTY AT GRAMMA'S HOUSE

Way back in September we went to Gramma's house for a tea party! Some of Aimee's friends were there too, so she had a great time eating and decorating cupcakes!!

DAY AT THE LIBRARY

My mom loves to read, I love to read...and the girls both love to read! They love to go to the library and fill up a basket with books! As you can tell by the pictures, Chloe had fun taking the books out of the basket...and then sitting in the basket!! The library is great...(as long as Mom can remember to return the books on time!!)

ALL CAUGHT UP

I think that I have managed to get all caught up with my pictures!! Hooray! Thanks to my cousin Alyssa I have realized that I can upload 5 pictures at once instead of just 1! Why I didn't notice that feature before is beyond me...

I have a few pictures on the camera still, but other that those I'm up to speed on this blog thing! Things are great here! Fall is starting to come and we've had a few really cold days:( It makes me sad to think of being unable to wear flip flops!

PRINCESS AIMEE

Aimee went to a princess party for one of her friends so I took a few pictures of her all dressed up! She looked so cute! Chloe kept trying to steal her shoes though...Chloe LOVES shoes (like any girl should!). I cannot believe how grown up Aimee is getting...this is her last year at home before she goes to school! WOW!

PICNIC & GOLF

Just a few pictures from our church picnic on Labour Day (zoom in on the family one to see Aimee's very happy face...she wanted to eat--NOT take a picture!). We also had our couples golf tournament where Anson & I did the worst--at least in our group, but possibly overall!! It was still fun (but perhaps I should go more than once a year to get some practice!)

ANOTHER WEDDING

Anson's cousin, Aaron, got married a couple weeks ago on the beach! I had never been to a beach wedding and it was so fun! It was beautiful with the water in the backdrop! They also had the best reception ever because they had Mexican food...how cool is that?! I thought it was fantastic!

MEDIEVAL TIMES

For Staff Orientation this year we went to Medieval Times! We had never been before and we had a great time. We saved some hats for the girls and they had fun wearing them (until Chloe destroyed them all!)

COTTAGE DAYS

Anson's parents rented a cottage for a week in August and we got to go up for a couple of days! We rented a sea-doo and had a fabulous time...the water was FREEZING (Lake Huron), but we still lhad a great time! It was nice to just relax and do NOTHING for a couple of days before school started up again! Sorry the pictures are in no particular order, but I am too far behind in my posts to worry about trying to get them just right:)

GIRLS ROAD TRIP

The second week of August, the girls and I went to visit our friends, Deb & Steve Michel and their girls, Abigail & Alayna! We braved the drive to Ottawa alone and had a great time together! We went to a fair on the last day there and the girls had fun on the rides. Aimee was really sad to leave...we can't wait to go visit again sometime!

CHLOE'S NEW "THING"

We went out to Wendy's with Eric & Melissa after church one night and Chloe was so excited when we said we were getting ice cream! She made the best faces and we couldn't stop laughing!! She is hilarious...

MORE OF JOCELYN'S VISIT!

Chloe & Jocelyn spent some time together in the nursery! Jess was working that night so she took a couple pictures. I love how Chloe is yelling at Joc for something in the second pic! After church Aimee decided Joc needed a hug...poor Joc didn't get much of a choice!!
